Automated testing is at the forefront of medical device innovation. To drive success, we seek a seasoned Project Manager with expertise in automation testing.

Job Summary:

This role oversees all test automation activities across projects within the medical devices domain. The ideal candidate will lead and direct automation testing initiatives, ensuring compliance with global healthcare regulations and high-quality delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead test automation activities across projects.
  • Review and approve test scripts prior to submission for acceptance by the Product Owner or SME.
  • Implement best practices in test automation.
  • Mentor and coach engineers in automation testing methodologies.
  • Develop technical capabilities within the team to handle complex testing scenarios.
  • Ensure adherence to global healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Interpret regulatory requirements and align testing practices accordingly.
  • Act as liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Drive alignment between technical and business requirements.
  • Provide hands-on technical support and guidance when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in testing, with recent 5 years in test automation.
  • Developing and maintaining automation test frameworks using Java and Selenium.
  • Proven track record of leading automation testing for medical devices.
  • Must have experience in desktop-based automation on platforms (Windows based).
  • Hands-on experience in script review and technical documentation.
  • Familiarity with global healthcare regulations.
  • Experience interpreting and applying these regulations in testing scenarios.
  • Demonstrated experience in team leadership, coaching, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
