Marketing and Sales Associate Role

The role is an exciting opportunity to work with various agencies, achieving targets in Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Key responsibilities include learning and implementing Google and Meta ad platforms, creating engaging landing pages, managing and updating website content, designing and developing CRM software, creating marketing automation structures, and analyzing user performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with SEM agency to achieve SEM targets
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of the Google/Meta Ad Platforms
  • Understand and implement Ad campaigns (bid strategy, targeting, text, settings)
  • Understand and manage Reporting Dashboard and prepare weekly report
  • Create engaging Landing Pages with in-house designer
  • Work with SEO Agency to achieve SEO targets
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of SEO techniques and follow new developments
  • Work on SEO Content strategy (all SERP outcomes)
  • Manage and update Website with agency, designer, and content writer
  • Create engaging Web pages with agency, designer, and content writer
  • Collaborate with CRM team to manage and develop CRM software
  • Ensure compliance/data entry by all Users
  • Design and create Report Dashboard with Vendor
  • Review and share Reports with Users every week
  • Ensure message automation in CRM for ease of users
  • Create a drip marketing automation structure in CRM
  • Design Emails/WhatsApps for marketing automation in CRM
  • Set up WhatsApp automation with CRM/Others Software
  • Sign up with digital vendors/portals like Shiksha, Sulekha, College Dekho
  • Enter lead purchase deals with above portals
  • Buy raw data base of students appearing for X & XII std exams
  • Ensure compliance/data entry by all Users
  • Share daily reports of their performance with them
  • Analyze and help each user see their gaps in performance
  • Help and support them to fill the gap

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in CRM, SEM, or SEO
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Google/Meta Ad Platforms and CRM software
