Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled visual content creator to develop impactful website designs and high-performing social media ads.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create visual assets that align with brand guidelines and drive customer engagement across multiple platforms.
  • Design and improve the user experience of our eCommerce platform, ensuring it reflects the brand's aesthetic and meets marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand target audiences, campaign goals, and messaging strategies, while researching industry trends and competitor activities to inform design decisions.
  • Lead projects end-to-end, managing deadlines and providing creative direction to junior designers or external vendors when needed, contributing ideas during brainstorming sessions.
  • Continuously improve skills and workflows by staying updated on emerging design tools, technologies, and best practices, delivering high-quality collateral quickly and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, with strong proficiency in English to translate copy into design.
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, backed by a portfolio showcasing social media ads and digital marketing assets.
  • Expertise in design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant software.
  • Data-driven approach, with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize designs to improve ad performance and CTR.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects, articulating concepts, and collaborating with teams in fast-paced environments.
