Job Opportunity: Electrical Draftsman

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Draftsman specializing in electrical systems to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate technical drawings, supporting site teams with as-built documentation, and ensuring compliance with local authority requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site surveys and gather data in coordination with the site team.
  • Create detailed electrical system drawings based on actual site conditions.
  • Prepare and submit load cards in line with utility requirements.
  • Develop fire fighting system drawings compliant with UAE Fire Code and Civil Defense standards.
  • Assist in documentation required for Civil Defense approvals (factory setups).
  • Maintain drawing records throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Draftsman in electrical disciplines.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
  • Knowledge of UAE Fire Codes, FEWA standards, and Civil Defense submission procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical inputs from engineers and site teams.
