Job Title: Urban Housing Project Manager

This role requires an experienced professional to oversee the implementation of large-scale urban housing projects at the state level. Key responsibilities include developing annual action plans, coordinating city-level and district-level teams, and ensuring effective on-ground delivery.

  • Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgeting, fund utilization, beneficiary identification, and progress tracking.
  • Request for Proposals (RFPs): Analyze, prepare, and manage RFPs, bidding documents, and oversee the bid management process to ensure government compliance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders including state, municipal, and central government officials, private developers, financial institutions, consultants, and communities.
  • IT-Enabled Platforms: Implement and maintain IT-enabled platforms for project monitoring, geo-tagging, beneficiary databases, and real-time dashboards.

Key Skills Required:

  • Large-scale project management and real-time progress tracking.
  • Deep understanding of centrally sponsored schemes in housing/urban development.
  • Financial management and IT/data analytics skills.
  • Strategy development, multi-stakeholder coordination, and liaison.
  • Team leadership and capacity building.

Familiarity with IT-enabled solutions and data-driven decision making is highly desirable.
