Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Penetration Tester to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for performing penetration testing and vulnerability assessments on our applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct Regular Penetration Testing: Perform regular penetration testing and manual assessments to identify vulnerabilities in our applications.
  2. Identify and Remediate False Positives: Accurately identify and remove false positives from tool-generated reports to ensure accurate results.
  3. Test Application Fixes: Test the effectiveness of implemented fixes on applications to ensure they are secure.
  4. Create Detailed Vulnerability Reports: Create detailed vulnerability reports and communicate effectively with development teams to provide remediation guides.
  5. Communicate Security Risks: Communicate security risks and remediation guides to development teams to ensure compliance with enterprise and IT security policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
  6. Stay Up-to-Date on Vulnerabilities: Keep track of new vulnerabilities and stay updated on the latest security threats.
  7. Collaborate with Development Teams: Act as a security expert in application development efforts, helping project teams comply with enterprise and IT security policies, industry regulations, and best practices.

  • HP Fortify (Source Code Review)
