Job Title: Senior Project Architect

About our firm, Aparna Kaushik Design Group, led by architect and Founding Principal Aparna Kaushik, combines European classicism with modernist tropical architecture.

We specialize in luxury estates and residences, offering comprehensive design services across architecture, interiors, furniture, lighting, and product design.

About the Role:

  1. To oversee the complete project cycle, ensuring high-quality designs are executed, and coordinating services from various consultants to maintain design intent.
  2. Prepare precise construction documents for PMCs or site contractors.
  3. Coordinate with MEP and structure consultants, vendors on a regular basis, and conduct site visits to ensure proper construction process till handover.
  4. Maintain knowledge of structure coordination, MEP services, detailing drawings, and building codes.
  5. Develop strong coordination skills with contractors and vendors.
  6. Expertise in building structures and the entire project lifecycle.
  7. Create accurate technical documents for construction projects.
  8. Regular site visits to ensure proper construction on site.
  9. Maintain proper documentation of all coordination.
  10. Mitigate delays, and facilitate project team meetings and communications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 9 years of experience.
  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Architecture from a reputable college is preferred.
  • Proficiency in software such as Auto-CAD.
  • Experience in luxury residential buildings and hospitality is preferred.
  • Good communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Relevant experience in team handling.
