Role Title: Senior Director, Real World Data (Pharma/Lifesciences only)

Hands-on in AI/ML/NLP & Still coding/building in RWD/RWE functions

Location: India, flexible though Bangalore or NCR preferred

  • Own directly a certain body of work, and provide support to the RWD organization for other parts
  • Lead a team of analysts that support the RFP process for the team. This requires a solid understanding of the customer problem and RWD assets

The Senior Director (Real World Data) is a senior role where the person will

  • Manage and oversee the offshore resources to build, expand, and maintain indication-specific data lakes
  • Supervise the delivery of high-quality outputs to align with commitments made to clients
Responsibilities
  • Leads a team of analysts that support the RFP process for the team
  • Provides guidance and oversight for the consulting delivery work
  • Manages Indication Specific Data Lakes
  • Team management and leadership
Requirements
  • Proven leadership and subject matter expertise in RWD and clinical experience
  • A post-grad degree in clinical or bioinformatics, or a post-grad degree in CS, Math or equivalent with exposure of no less than 5-7 years in core data science algorithm development
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in leading teams that work in a globally distributed setup delivering consulting work predominantly Data Science and Data Engineering oriented
  • Total of 15-18 years of work experience with 80% or more of the most recent experience being in bioinformatics, biopharma, and LifeScience related domains
