Job Title: Lead Frontend UI Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the development and architecture of complex frontend applications. This role involves driving innovative solutions, collaborating with a team of experienced engineers, and setting up efficient deployment pipelines.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality UI projects, providing hands-on mentorship through debugging, code pairing, and architectural guidance. As a technical leader, you will also oversee project delivery, ensuring timely completion and stakeholder satisfaction.

This role requires extensive expertise in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, Node.js, JavaScript (ES6+), Redux, TailwindCSS, Webpack, Vite, and component libraries like Material-UI, Ant Design, or Chakra UI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership & Delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand UI/UX requirements
  • Provide hands-on mentorship and guidance on coding best practices
  • Perform code reviews, merges, and builds of front-end components
  • Partner with backend and data teams to build integrated, performant user experiences

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of frontend engineering experience with a focus on modern web stacks
  • Hands-on expertise in React, Next.js, Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Node.js, JavaScript (ES6+), Redux, TailwindCSS, Webpack, Vite, and component libraries
  • A track record of delivering and owning large-scale production applications
  • Experience in team leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration
