Job Title: Frontend Architecture Lead

A key contributor to our software development team, the Frontend Architecture Lead will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, responsive, and performant user interface components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality user interface components using React and Redux.
  • Develop and enforce frontend coding standards, best practices, and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with UX designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into high-performance code.
  • Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Mentor and coach junior developers, providing guidance and support on technical challenges.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to design principles.
  • Stay updated with the latest frontend trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the frontend development process.

Requirements:

  • Expert-level knowledge of React, Redux, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with CSS preprocessors like Sass or Less.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks like Jest.
  • Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
