Marketing & Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing and Business Development Executive to drive our company's growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a fresh graduate or early-career professional looking to kick-start their career in marketing and business management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and develop customized solutions to meet their goals.
  • Customer Acquisition: Identify new business opportunities and drive customer acquisition through innovative marketing strategies.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business leads and develop strategic plans to drive growth.
  • Management: Supervise a team of 15-20 associates, manage client resources, and ensure the overall success of our business units.
  • Financial Management: Understand financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Team Leadership: Develop leadership and managerial skills, including building corporate relationships, communication, and confidence.
  • Goal Setting: Set targets and achieve them by starting up a business unit after a training module of 10-12 months.
