We are seeking a seasoned Team Leader - Operations to join Three Across. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team to achieve performance targets.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), Know Your Business (KYB), Financial Technology (FinTech), Financial Gram (FinGram), or Banking, as well as strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team to achieve performance targets.
- Handle shrinkage, alteration, CSA DSAT, NPS, quality adherence, shift adherence, login adherence, AC PT analysis, and BQ management.
- Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and team meetings.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and manage operational metrics.
Requirements:
- Experience: Min 1 year as a Team Leader in a BPO (on papers).
- Domain Knowledge: Expertise in AML, KYC, KYB, FinTech, FinGram, or Banking.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
