Job Description

About the role:

As a Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for processing warranty claims accurately and timely. This position requires strong attention to detail and effective communication.

The role involves verifying repair orders against dealership systems, preparing claims for submission, accurately reviewing, coding, and processing warranty claims, maintaining records, updating claim notes daily, and tracking aging claims.

Key responsibilities also include communicating with US-based dealership staff to resolve issues and collaborating with the client's team to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

For this position, we are looking for individuals with excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), strong attention to detail and accuracy, a bachelor's degree highly preferred, and prior experience in warranty processing (Ford, GM, or Chrysler) as a strong advantage.

Additionally, we require ability to work overnight IST hours (7:30 PM – 3:30 AM), reliable high-speed internet, a professional home office setup, computer proficiency, and ability to learn new software quickly.
