Design Innovation Specialist

The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for designing and developing innovative automotive seating systems that meet customer requirements.

A key aspect of this role is collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development. This includes working closely with colleagues to develop and maintain technical documentation and designs.

The successful candidate will have experience in automotive seating design or development, as well as proficiency in CAD software (CATIA). A strong understanding of materials, GD&T, and manufacturing processes is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Develop Innovative Automotive Seating Systems: Create cutting-edge seating systems that meet customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth product development.
  • Develop and Maintain Technical Documentation: Produce high-quality technical documentation and designs.
Requirements:
  • 4-10 Years of Experience: The ideal candidate will have 4-10 years of experience in automotive seating design or development.
  • CAD Software Proficiency: Proficient in CATIA and other CAD software.
  • Strong Understanding of Materials and Manufacturing Processes: Possess a thorough understanding of materials, GD&T, and manufacturing processes.
