Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent and Culture Manager to join our team at Fairmont Mumbai. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for determining the Talent & Culture strategic and programmatic needs of our hotel and implementing effective strategies, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Talent & Culture strategies and programs to maintain a progressive work culture and support effective recruitment, development, and retention of employees.
  • Establish and maintain seamless coordination and cooperation with all departments to ensure maximum productivity, morale, and guest service.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with all departments and ensure that the team is well-informed of departmental objectives and policies.
  • Implement an effective recruitment and screening system, as per organizational requirements.
  • Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Talent & Culture Department, adhering to all policies and procedures outlined in the Operations Manual.
  • Investigate and review all disciplinary actions to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and submit periodic personnel reports, such as turnover, personnel inventories, and recruitment.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and a minimum of 9-10 years of Human Resources Management experience, including at least 1-2 years of experience as a Human Resources Manager. Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English is required, as well as proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
