Accor is a world leading hospitality group, and we are seeking a highly skilled Talent and Culture Manager to join our team. As a Talent and Culture Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all Managers and colleagues follow the correct procedures, and that annual and probation period appraisals are completed on time. You will also be responsible for updating job descriptions for promotions, processing all colleague status changes, and registering profiles for new starters and leavers for the monthly payroll. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting exit interviews for colleagues at levels 1 – 4, compiling and analyzing T&C monthly reports and presentations, and assisting in dealing with all colleague related queries at all levels. You will also be responsible for counseling and advising all colleagues on matters of their employment, and giving advice on all disciplinary and grievance issues. Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining disciplinary tracking, overseeing the operation of the cafeteria, and ensuring proper tracking and invoicing is in place, as well as hygiene and quality standards are followed. If you have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR management within the hotel industry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
