Job Overview:
Trinity Technology Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Implementation Director to lead and manage large-scale Salesforce projects from inception through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products, as well as in-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform capabilities.

About the Role:
As a Salesforce Implementation Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that deliverables meet client expectations and internal stakeholders. You will manage cross-functional teams of Salesforce consultants, developers, and business analysts, ensuring successful project execution, delivery, and post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage end-to-end Salesforce projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope
* Work closely with clients to gather and define business requirements, translating them into technical Salesforce solutions
* Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, risk management, and resource allocation
* Act as a point of contact between clients and the internal team, managing communications, expectations, and project status
* Manage cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality Salesforce implementations
* Ensure all Salesforce projects are aligned with company goals, objectives, and best practices
* Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to project teams, ensuring adherence to established processes and quality standards
* Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution
* Monitor and track project progress, providing regular status updates and reports to stakeholders
* Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the success of Salesforce projects and identify areas for improvement
* Stay updated on the latest Salesforce trends, features, and technologies to ensure continuous improvement and optimization of Salesforce solutions

Requirements:
* Minimum of 10+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5+ years specifically managing Salesforce implementations
* Proven experience in managing large-scale Salesforce projects from inception through completion
* Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products
* In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Visual force, Lightning, and integrations
* Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Consultant) are highly desirable
* Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams
* Strong experience in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
* Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences
* Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and resources
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify project risks and issues and implement corrective actions
* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello) and Salesforce project tracking tools

Salary:
$120,000 - $150,000 per year
