We are seeking an experienced Product Delivery and Implementation Lead to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading the successful deployment and implementation of our eFACiLiTY CAFM/IWMS software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Delivery: Lead the implementation of eFACiLiTY software solutions to customers, ensuring timely and high-quality deployments that meet customer requirements.
  • Implementation Management: Oversee all stages of the product implementation process, from planning to execution, ensuring that all customer needs are addressed effectively.
  • Team Management: Prioritize project governance and customer success, mentor the implementation team to equip them with the skills needed to deliver projects successfully.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and support teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment throughout the product delivery lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 7+ years in product delivery, project management, or implementation management, preferably in software or facilities management solutions.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading successful software implementation projects, strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Skills: Expertise in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
