Job Description

The position of Principal Officer is responsible for leading compliance efforts for all provisions of the SEBI Act, AIF Regulations/FEMA/IFSC regulations and circulars.

This includes coordinating with regulatory bodies, managing investor queries, and developing efficient controls for reconciliations, risk management, and daily operations. Additionally, the role involves driving organizational culture and values among employees and representing senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in related activities in the securities market or financial products. This includes portfolio management, broker-dealer, investment advisor, wealth management, research analysis, or fund management.

A strong understanding of finance/accounting principles is preferred, as well as proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Candidates should also possess excellent oral and written communication skills, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
