Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with our dev team to ensure the end-to-end completion of the 'Extraction-QC-Feedback-Delivery' process.">
  • Meeting deadlines while striving for complete accuracy in delivering high-quality datasets to clients.">
  • Researching and troubleshooting issues associated with data and tools provided.">
  • Catching and reporting bugs by highlighting trends and exceptions that require fixes.">
  • Suggesting process improvement ideas to bring efficiency and structure to workflows.">
  • Implementing automation solutions to enhance QA processes.">
  • Working closely with developers to manage ETAs and deliverables.">
  • Assisting AI and RPA models by manually parsing data for delivery or process automation.">
  • Conducting domain-specific preliminary research for building subject matter expertise.">
  • Overseeing end-to-end operations process for daily project deliverables.">
  • Responding to client inquiries related to ongoing projects.">

Requirements

  • At least a bachelor's degree in any field.">
  • One year of experience working with Excel / Google Sheets.">
  • Familiarity with XPath, SQL, or query/coding languages (a plus).">
  • Excellent attention to detail and proven ability to perform under pressure.">
