  • Collaborations: Foster partnerships with industry experts, influencers, and brands to enhance content quality and reach a wider audience.
  • Monetization: Develop effective monetization strategies, including sponsorships, ad placements, and revenue generation goals.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with a team of video editors, scriptwriters, and graphic designers to foster a creative work environment.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Anchor & Host: Act as the face of the YouTube and Instagram platforms, presenting engaging content to the target audience.
  • Content Expansion: Conceptualize and develop new videos or formats that align with brand values and goals.

Key skills required include excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi, creative leadership, team collaboration, prior experience in anchoring, and familiarity with YouTube and Instagram algorithms and content trends.
