Visual Content Creator

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Content Creator to join our team. As a Visual Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that effectively communicates our brand message and resonates with our audience.
The successful candidate will have excellent design skills and experience working with various design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. You will be able to adapt master creatives into performance-friendly formats for Google Ads and Meta Ads, while ensuring correct specifications, resolutions, and formats for each platform.
You will also be responsible for creating high-quality adaptations for Point of Sale Materials (POSMs), including standees, danglers, posters, shelf strips, etc. Additionally, you will design and adapt packaging artworks and labels while adhering to brand guidelines.
Your role will involve developing final artwork files for print collaterals such as brochures, flyers, banners, and hoardings. You will prepare print-ready files with accurate die-lines, bleeds, and color profiles. Furthermore, you will perform basic image correction and color balancing when required.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Good understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines precisely.
- Ability to work on multiple projects with quick turnarounds.
- Familiarity with basic pre-press processes and print production.
In addition to your technical skills, you will need effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Adaptability to changing deadlines and project priorities is also essential.
Preferred qualifications include experience working with e-commerce platforms and knowledge of digital marketing principles.
