Job Opportunity in Marketing Management

ABC Fitness is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to spearhead our India operations. As India Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for elevating our employer brand, driving brand awareness and talent attraction, strengthening internal communications, and enhancing leadership visibility.

Job Description
  • Lead the design and execution of social media and content campaigns that showcase ABC Fitness India's leadership, culture, and employer brand.
  • Manage creative development and agency/vendor relationships for content production, including video and photoshoots.
  • Develop and publish thought leadership content, employer profiles, and PR initiatives to raise visibility across the India market.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in marketing, employer branding, or communications.
  • Demonstrated success managing campaigns, PR initiatives, or brand-building programs.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct line management.
