Job Overview

The role of a SAP Warranty Consultant involves leveraging strong technical expertise in SAP Warranty Management systems to drive business value and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the design, configuration, and enhancement of warranty management processes to ensure seamless implementation and optimal performance.
  2. Develop and implement functional specifications for CRPs, RICEF developments, and warranty management systems to meet business requirements.
  3. Configure and optimize SAP Warranty Management systems, including LO-WTY Claim Lifecycle, IC/OC claim versions, and claim functionality.
  4. Integrate SD Pricing and pricing enhancements with FICO systems using account keys.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of VSR tool: Validations, Substitutions, Messages, business rules, and Quality code catalogs on header/version/item level.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in LO-WTY Warranty Management, config level SD, and strong pricing background.
  • Experience designing, configuring, and enhancing SAP Warranty Management systems.
  • Familiarity with ACS Warranty Add-on, FICO integration, and account keys.
  • Knowledge of service contracts (VA42) and basic understanding of Supplier Recovery and ARM.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in IT or experience working with Big 4 firms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
