Senior SAP Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Consultant to lead the implementation, support and design of SAP Customer Service (CS) solutions. The ideal candidate will have in-depth functional expertise and strong problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality customer service processes aligned with business goals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • End-to-end implementation, upgrades and support activities of SAP CS.
  • Providing expert functional and technical guidance on SAP CS processes such as service orders, notifications, contracts, warranty management, returns and claims.
  • Collaborating closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective SAP CS solutions.
  • Configuring and customizing the SAP CS module to optimize customer service workflows.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues escalated from support teams.

Additional responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, preparing and reviewing functional specifications, mentoring junior consultants, conducting workshops and training sessions to maximize system adoption and staying updated with SAP CS latest features and industry trends.

Key Requirements:

8-10 years of experience in SAP Customer Service.

Deep knowledge of SAP CS processes and functionality.

Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.

Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Relevant certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate - Customer Service.

Experience with SAP CS implementations, upgrades and support activities.
