Robotics Engineering Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned robotics engineer to spearhead our product development and lead a high-performing mechanical design team. This leadership role requires expertise in robotics, mechanical design, and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop robotic products from concept to manufacturing, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to industry standards.
  • Mentor and manage the mechanical design team, promoting design best practices and innovation.
  • Utilize SolidWorks for 3D modeling, motion studies, assembly design & detailing, and prepare manufacturing-ready drawings (GD&T, BOMs, tolerance stack-up).
  • Drive R&D initiatives, contribute to patents and IP filings, and ensure documentation accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution and implementation of projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 6–12 years of experience in robotics, industrial automation, or related fields, with a proven track record of leading product development from concept to manufacturing.
  • Deep expertise in SolidWorks, including motion study, GD&T application, assembly design, and detailing, as well as hands-on experience in preparing detailed BOMs and tolerance analysis.
  • Strong understanding of fabrication techniques: sheet metal design, cable routing, and machined parts integration, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with a track record of building and mentoring high-performance teams, and strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of patent documentation and IP filing processes is an added advantage.
