At our organization, we seek a highly skilled Financial Analyst to improve the PnL attribution user interface.
- Participate in projects with developers and quants to investigate and resolve pricing, PnL or Risk issues.
- Implement quality control checks and procedures around PnL allocation.
- Explain and validate the main drivers of PnL, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Develop and enhance existing reports for senior management and portfolio managers.
- Understand Greeks and PnL drivers, with intuition of parameter interactions affecting pricing and PnL.
- Advanced degree in quantitative subject, such as Engineering or Maths, and at least 3 years relevant work experience.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced knowledge of derivatives pricing models.
- Experience with coding (VBA/Python, etc) required.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
