The Role

Lead projects from concept to delivery, translating client briefs into powerful creative ideas, steering projects through every stage of production, and managing a talented team of designers, writers, and freelancers. Your role will be responsible for

  • Translating client briefs into effective strategies and concepts
  • Ideating across formats - social media, digital platforms, film, static visuals, and experiential events
  • Leading projects through all stages: concept development, scripting, execution, post-production, and delivery
  • Managing a creative team and resources across multiple projects
  • Pitching and presenting ideas to clients with confidence and clarity
  • Collaborating with producers, designers, writers, and editors to bring creative visions to life

Key Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in a creative agency (digital or mainline)
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative leadership and execution expertise
  • Experience across various formats: film, digital, social media, experiential, static visuals
  • Skillful multitasking and management of people, projects, and timelines
  • Excellent deck-building, storytelling, and client-pitching skills
