We are looking for a motivated individual who is in the final year of Architecture or Civil Engineering, or a recent graduate eager to start their career in Building Information Modeling (BIM). This role is ideal for candidates passionate about digital construction technologies and eager to learn practical applications of BIM in real projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Learn and assist in BIM modeling using software such as Autodesk Revit.
  • Support the team in Scan-to-BIM projects, converting point cloud data into accurate 3D models.
  • Assist senior BIM engineers and architects in preparing architectural and structural models at various Levels of Detail (LOD).
  • Help maintain project documentation and ensure models align with client standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Final-year student or graduate in Architecture / Civil Engineering.
  • Basic knowledge of CAD or BIM tools (Revit preferred).
  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new software and workflows.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
