About Us:
Pickyourtrail, a leading online D-I-Y holiday booking platform, is seeking a dynamic MICE Sales Manager to join our team. Established in 2014, we enable users to craft customized travel experiences. Our innovative itinerary-building platform caters to various traveler preferences, including interests, trip duration, and budget, delivering on our promise: 'Craft Your Holiday, Your Way'.
We collaborate with leading tourism boards in destinations like Australia, Singapore, Iceland, Japan, Dubai, New Zealand, and over 1,200 global hospitality partners. Notably, we served as an Official Sub-agent for the ICC Women's T20 World Cup.
We are now expanding into the MICE sector, aiming to offer our expertise to corporate clients.
Position Overview:
- We are looking for a results-oriented MICE Sales Manager to generate and manage sales opportunities in the MICE sector, cultivate client relationships, and ensure the smooth execution of events.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue targets for MICE events, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the MICE sector, and building and sustaining strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in MICE sales or event management, with a track record of achieving sales targets 5-8 years of prior sales experience (min 4-5 years in MICE sales)
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and other presentation tools.
- Ability to speak at least 2-3 languages fluently.
- Competence in working out costing independently and guiding the team in cost calculations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
