About the Role

The Portfolio Administration Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth administration of a portfolio of Funds. This includes providing investors and corporate services as necessary, updating the shareholders register, and collecting subscription documents and KYC documents from new investors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Account Managers of Fund Services.
  • Perform transactions related to investors: subscriptions, capital calls, redemptions, distributions, transfer of shares.
  • Fulfill reporting duties in connection with FATCA and CRS regulations.
  • Provide support in relation to TA documents during the annual audit activity.

Requirements:

  • Relevant working experience within the funds industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, solution driven, highly organized and detail-orientated with good decision making and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt and work in a smaller, dynamic local team environment; along with being part of a bigger matrix organization.
