Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Administration: Oversee the administration of a portfolio of Funds, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Investor Services: Provide exceptional service to investors, including updating shareholders registers, collecting subscription documents, and liaising with the compliance department.
  • External Liaison: Establish and maintain relationships with external service providers, stakeholders, and depository banks to ensure seamless transaction processing.
  • Time Recording and Productivity: Accurately record chargeable time and value of service using Maconomy, monitor own productivity, and meet weekly and monthly time/chargeability targets.
Requirements
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor or Master degree in Finance and Accounting.
  • Work Experience: At least 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience within the funds industry.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong commercial mindset, excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, and ability to adapt to a dynamic team environment.
