Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a VDI Citrix Consultant. As part of this role, you will be responsible for getting to the heart of customer issues, diagnosing problem areas, and designing innovative solutions to facilitate deployment and result in client satisfaction.

You will develop proposals by owning parts of the document and giving inputs in solution design based on your expertise. You will also plan activities, configure products according to design, conduct conference room pilots, and assist in resolving queries related to requirements and solution design.

In addition, you will conduct solution product demonstrations, POC workshops, and prepare effort estimates that suit customer budgetary requirements and align with organizational financial guidelines. You will lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with the objective of providing high-quality value-adding solutions to customers.
