Business Analyst Senior

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and systems, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business requests to identify areas for improvement and develop automated systems to meet user needs.
  • Design and configure system settings and options to optimize operational performance.
  • Develop working relationships with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into proper system specifications.
  • Ensure optimal operational performance of systems by collaborating with programmers and test analysts.
  • Analyze complex problems and offer alternative business solutions.
  • Leverage system or module knowledge in the design of system screens and database structures.
  • Consult and coordinate with programmers to design and develop requirements and analyze the feasibility of new systems and enhancements to existing systems.
