Job Title: RPA Automation Specialist

As a seasoned RPA Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end UiPath automation pipelines and ensuring the integration of DevOps practices. Your expertise in configuring and maintaining UiPath Orchestrator, as well as integrating with various systems such as ServiceNow, APIs, SharePoint, and others, will be crucial to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy and manage UiPath bots, assets, and versions across Dev/UAT/Prod environments.
  • Configure and maintain UiPath Orchestrator, including tenants, robot provisioning, and queues.
  • Integrate UiPath with ServiceNow, APIs, SharePoint, and other relevant systems.
  • Develop monitoring, alerting, and robust error-handling mechanisms for automation workflows.
  • Utilize JIRA for tracking and Confluence for documentation/knowledge sharing.
  • Manage scalable UiPath environments on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch).
  • Troubleshoot issues, manage access/credentials securely, and adhere to compliance controls.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in RPA, with at least 2 years of expertise in UiPath.
  • Strong proficiency in UiPath Studio and Orchestrator.
  • Solid Python scripting skills, with familiarity with .NET/VBA.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch).
  • Familiarity with JIRA, ServiceNow, and Confluence.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • UiPath certifications are a plus (e.g., AARD, Solution Architect).

  • Stable, secure Orchestrator and AWS environments.
  • Integrated automation solutions (ServiceNow/API integrations).
  • Monitoring dashboards, runbooks, and Confluence knowledge base.
