Lead Automation and Performance Testing Specialist

Role: Lead QA (LQA) – Automation & Performance Testing

With 8+ years of overall experience, this role requires a minimum of 3.5 to 5 years in automation and performance testing.

Key Considerations:

  • Availability to join within 1 week to 15 days

Core Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and monitor performance test plans to assess system scalability, reliability, and responsiveness using suitable tools.
  • Develop and implement automation strategies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide expert-level guidance on quality assurance best practices and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project goals and objectives.
  • Mentor and lead QA teams in implementing automation and performance testing techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automation and performance testing for the past 3.5 to 5 years.
  • Hands-on expertise in Selenium with C# or Java, as well as working knowledge of BDD frameworks like Cucumber.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as C#, Java, or Python.
  • Experience with tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, TestNG, Jenkins, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent communication skills, confident in client interactions, and effective in cross-functional collaboration.
