As an AI Engineer, you will lead complex initiatives from planning to execution, combining expertise with technical depth to collaborate with engineering teams, product managers, and business stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Own delivery of large-scale technical programs across multiple engineering teams.
  • Translate business requirements into clear technical deliverables and execution plans.
  • Partner with engineering leads to define scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Identify risks, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve blockers.
  • Drive alignment across product, design, QA, and infrastructure teams.
  • Establish and maintain program documentation, dashboards, and progress tracking.
  • Ensure engineering excellence, scalability, and quality in deliverables.
  • Communicate status updates, risks, and trade-offs effectively to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements include 5+ years of experience as an AI Engineer, Engineering Manager, or related role, a strong technical foundation in software engineering, and a proven track record of delivering complex engineering programs at scale.
