Senior Frontend Developer Job Description

As a senior frontend developer, you will play a key role in driving the development of high-performance, scalable, and visually compelling web applications. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your expertise in front-end development and take ownership of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of complex projects and architect front-end solutions.
  • Lead the development of high-performance, scalable, and visually compelling web applications.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development with a strong understanding of design systems, UI/UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, React.js, and state management libraries (Redux, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS and component-driven UI development.
  • Experience working with micro-frontends or large-scale, distributed front-end architectures.
  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for front-end environments.

Desirable Skills:

  • Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deployment of front-end applications.
  • Contribution to open-source projects or a strong GitHub portfolio.
