Job Title: Web Developer

Locations: India (remote)

Reports to: Lead Web Developer

A quick snapshot...

The Drupal Developer will play a key role in maintaining and evolving , supporting functionality requests, resolving technical issues, and contributing to optimization projects. This role follows an agile workflow and is focused on delivering high-quality, reliable code that supports the broader marketing strategy.

You'll work closely with the Lead Web Developer and the Web Operations team to implement new features, maintain performance, and ensure the site remains secure, scalable, and aligned with Conga's brand and business goals.

This is a deeply technical role requiring a developer who is passionate about Drupal and committed to building secure, reliable, and high-performing web experiences. Success in this role means delivering consistent, scalable solutions that support Conga's marketing goals while collaborating closely with the Web Operations Team. The ideal candidate brings creative problem-solving, strong attention to detail, and a team-first mindset to every sprint and deployment.

Core Responsibilities:

· Resolve technical issues and bugs across the site

· Develop new features and enhance existing functionality

· Perform regular maintenance tasks and software updates

· Support implementation and upkeep of Martech integrations

· Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure technical SEO best practices

· Participate in agile sprint planning and code reviews

· Maintain documentation and contribute to internal knowledge sharing

Technical Qualifications:

· Strong understanding of multilingual Drupal 10

· Proficiency in PHP, HTML, Sass/CSS, and JavaScript

· Experience with Google Tag Manager Experience

· Experience with implementation and/or use and maintenance of a design system or component system

Here's what will give you an edge...

· Experience with static website generation, preferably with Drupal

· CI/CD pipeline tool experience

· SaaS demand generation website experience specifically

· GTM experience with server-side tagging architecture

· Technical SEO experience
