  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic solutions and proposals for responding to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs from pharmaceutical clients, overseeing the entire proposal response process from origination to closure.

  • Translate ambiguity into clear, compelling solution narratives, incorporating pricing models and delivery frameworks.

  • Understand client needs and architect tailored solutions that align with our capabilities, providing necessary information to delivery teams to respond to RFI's and RFPs.

  • Define and own win themes by deeply understanding client needs and positioning our organization as the preferred partner.

  • Create Points of View (PoVs) and go-to-market collateral tailored to client challenges and market dynamics.

  • Contribute actively to managing top-line revenue through presales and work closely with Sales, Delivery, Leadership, and Strategy to shape opportunities from the earliest stages.

  • Identify products and services that will help position the company as a strategic vendor to major pharmaceutical clients and work with delivery teams to roll out the same.

  • Participate in strategizing accounts, including new service offerings and ways to grow them.
