As a process-focused and analytical professional, you will play a key role in driving supply chain excellence within the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Development & Compliance
    • Draft, review, and maintain standard operating procedures aligned with regulatory requirements to ensure operational procedures meet audit standards.
  • Continuous Improvement (CI) & Project Leadership
    • Identify and execute CI projects focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and process optimization across procurement, logistics, and warehousing functions.
    • Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to address root causes and drive measurable improvements.
  • Data Analysis & Insights
    • Analyse and report on core supply chain KPIs, including lead time, OTIF, inventory turns, and supplier performance.
    • Develop data-driven insights using Excel, Power BI, or other relevant tools.
  • Procurement & Vendor Management
    • Support the procurement of APIs, excipients, and packaging materials, ensuring quality compliance and vendor performance.
    • Drive vendor evaluation, qualification, and timely material availability at the site.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with QA, QC, Production, and Planning teams to ensure seamless batch scheduling and material flow.
    • Support audits with accurate documentation and supply chain evidence.
    Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in pharmaceutical supply chain or similar regulated industry.
    • Education: B Tech/ B. Pharma or MBA (in Supply Chain Operations is a plus).
    • Lean Six Sigma certification (preferred).
    • Strong command of MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reporting).
    • Project management experience with ability to lead cross-functional projects.
    • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and analytics platforms (if any).
    • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
