Job Title: Senior Clinical Statistical Programmer

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Clinical Statistical Programmer to join our team. As a key member of our programming group, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support on large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on guidance and support for project completion, serving as a subject matter expert.
  • Participate in reviews of Case Report Forms (CRFs), CRF annotations, Statistical Analysis Plans, SDTM/ADAM specifications, datasets, and TLFs.
  • Ensure high-quality data deliverables, including analysis-ready datasets, tables, listings, and figures.
  • Support the development of junior team members through mentorship and training.
  • Ensure all statistical activities comply with internal and external quality standards, SOPs/WPDs, ICH-GCP, and/or other international/local regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in SAS and CDISC for programming.
  • Experience handling complex efficacy domains and TFLs.
  • Programming management skills suitable for a project leader role.
Core Strength:
  • The ideal candidate should possess technical expertise and hands-on experience in Statistical Programming.
  • Responsible for conducting code reviews and ensuring quality checks on deliverables.
