Job Title: Business Process Transformation Expert

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on business process transformation projects. As a Business Process Transformation Expert, you will be responsible for analyzing regional and segment-specific business requirements and developing end-to-end business processes towards SAP S/4HANA system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze (regional/segment-specific) business requirements towards the global template SAP S/4HANA system in local fit-gap analyses under leadership of deputy/hub process owners.
  • Drive adaptation of end-to-end business processes (incl. process modelling) towards goals of harmonization & standardization and liaise with entity business experts on preparatory work, e.g., data cleansing.
  • Develop process maps and process models to illustrate adapted business processes.
  • Define and execute the Cut-Over strategy with a focus on data migration and roles setup and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Design and own test cases and conduct functional end-to-end tests in the SAP S/4HANA system.
Requirements
  • 5 years+ of relevant professional experience.
  • Good understanding of the end-to-end business processes for lead to cash & service to customer.
  • Knowledge of ERP-Systems, especially for SAP S/4 with a focus on SD.
  • Experience with business requirements analysis and business processes modelling.
  • Proven track record in handling complex projects within larger international companies and various stakeholders.
  • Conceptual, results-oriented working style with an attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills, German or other language skills are a plus.
