Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking experienced professionals to design, build, and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure using Azure and AWS services.

This role involves collaborating with software developers, QA teams, and IT staff to oversee code releases, automate repetitive operational tasks for faster and error-free deployments, and monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud infrastructure and related systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Build Scalable Cloud Infrastructure: Utilize Azure and AWS services to create highly available, secure, and scalable cloud infrastructure that meets business needs.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Leverage tools such as ARM templates, Terraform, or Bicep to automate cloud infrastructure provisioning and management.
  • Collaborate with Development Teams: Work closely with software developers, QA teams, and IT staff to ensure smooth code releases, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
  • Automate Operational Tasks: Develop scripts and workflows to automate repetitive tasks, reducing manual errors and increasing deployment efficiency.
  • Monitor and Optimize Cloud Resources: Continuously monitor cloud infrastructure performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize resource utilization to ensure optimal cost and performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience with Cloud Services: Demonstrated expertise in designing, building, and maintaining cloud infrastructure using Azure and AWS services.
  • Strong Understanding of CI/CD Methodologies: Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery practices, including version control systems and automation tools.
  • Proficiency in Scripting Languages: Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python, and ability to write efficient and effective scripts.
  • Familiarity with IaC Tools: Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like ARM templates, Terraform, or Bicep, and ability to leverage these tools to automate cloud infrastructure provisioning and management.
  • Containerization and Orchestration: Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
