**Job Title:** Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our maintenance department.

  • Graduate or Diploma Engineer in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics with minimum 5 years of experience in managing activities related to maintenance of plant and machinery of a manufacturing unit.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring minimum downtime of machines by quick restoration of break-downs.
  • Ensuring preventive maintenance at scheduled time.
  • Smart planning, storage, and record keeping of spare stock.
  • Ensuring compliance related to safe working.
  • Exploring and implementing new technologies such as automation.
  • Coordinating the commissioning and installation of new machinery and equipment.

**Key Skills:*

  • Knowledge and experience in maintenance of CNC machine, PLC machine, DG synchronizing panel, and power factor panel.
  • Proficient in using computer apps like MS Excel for efficient working.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi/Bengali.
  • Preference will be given for having working experience in ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 certified organizations.
