Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement OpenText VIM solutions integrated with SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Configure VIM components such as Document Processing (DP), Invoice Capture Center (ICC) or Intelligent Capture, ArchiveLink or Document Access, and Exception handling workflows.
  • Integrate VIM with SAP modules including FI (especially AP), MM (PO invoices), and Workflow.
  • Customize validation rules, DP indexing, and approval workflows for optimal efficiency.
  • Perform system testing, data migration, and cutover activities to ensure seamless integration.
  • Troubleshoot VIM and SAP-related issues during project and post-go-live support.
  • Provide user training and create documentation for end-users and administrators.
  • Collaborate with the OpenText team, SAP BASIS, ABAP developers, and business analysts to achieve project goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong understanding of SAP FI (AP) and MM integration.
  • Experience in configuring and troubleshooting VIM Workflows, DP Validation Rules, and OCR/ICC tools.
  • Knowledge of SAP ArchiveLink, content repositories, and document types.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Desirable qualifications include experience in SAP S/4HANA environments, knowledge of SAP Workflow, ABAP debugging, and Fiori apps related to VIM, exposure to SAP Business Center, Vendor Portals, or e-invoicing platforms, and OpenText or SAP certification in VIM.'],
