Drive Business Value with Data-Driven Insights
As a key member of our finance team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's strategic direction by driving business value through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and finalize comprehensive financial statements and management information systems (MIS) that adhere to Ind AS compliance standards.
- Support consolidation, intercompany reconciliations, and audit processes, ensuring seamless integration across departments.
- Perform variance analysis and highlight critical business drivers, enabling informed decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Tax, Treasury, and Business Units, to drive business outcomes.
- Develop and present board decks, dashboards, and KPI reports to leadership, providing actionable insights for strategic planning.
- Drive process improvements in reporting systems, processes, and compliance, enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- A Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4–7 years of relevant experience, possessing a deep understanding of Ind AS, financial reporting, and audit processes.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; SAP experience is highly valued.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex business environments.
