Job Title: Senior Design Engineer

\

The primary responsibility of this position is to develop memory compilers and Fast Cache instances for our next generation Cores, achieving outstanding PPA. This requires a strong understanding of computer architecture and concepts, as well as experience in design verification, SRAM architecture, Critical Path Modelling, Full Cut Analysis and Monte Carlo Simulations.

Key Skills:

  • \
  • Experience in SRAM/memory design Margin, Char and related quality checks.\
  • Knowledge of high speed/low power CMOS circuit design, clocking scheme, Static and complex logic circuits, and Power versus Performance versus Area trade-offs in typical CMOS design.\
  • Ability to design and develop digital circuits for memory blocks like SRAM, register files, and caches, perform simulations and verification to ensure functionality and optimize for power, performance, area, timing, and yield.\
  • Candidates must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in SRAM/memory design.\
  • Nice to have skills include experience with Cadence or Synopsys flows, circuit simulation, and optimization of standard cells.\
  • A good understanding of Full Cut Analysis and Monte Carlo Simulations.\
  • Strong understanding of computer architecture and concepts.\
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.\
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.\
