We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill a Senior Executive role.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • 1. Regulatory Compliance
  • To provide administrative support and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • 2. Correspondence Management
  • Manage inward and outward SEBI correspondences, track and escalate as necessary.
  • 3. Financial Operations
  • Maintain a list of members' payment orders and demand drafts.
  • 4. Alert Monitoring
  • Monitor FIU alerts and disseminate relevant guidelines to members.
  • 5. Portfolio Management
  • Organize and manage Portfolio Management Services compliances.
  • 6. Administrative Support
  • Provide administrative support and assistance in high-impact initiatives.
  • 7. Documentation
  • Handle documentation of correspondence between the Exchange and the SEBI.
  • 8. Agreement Custody
  • Manage custody of agreements and undertakings.
  • 9. Board Preparation
  • Draft agendas for board meetings.
  • 10. Compliance Officer Support
  • Provide administrative support and assistance to the Chief Compliance Officer.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory functions and be able to provide administrative support.
