Job Title: Junior Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Summary:
ProPMO Services Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a Junior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our software products by identifying and reporting defects, developing and executing test plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret product design and requirements to develop test approaches and generate test plans and test cases.
  • Execute complex test cases/scripts and interpret/analyze results to report, communicate, and work through issues with software engineers.
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using industry-standard tools.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and prioritize defects and develop test cases to ensure thorough testing.
  • Participate in Agile development methodologies and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements to testing processes and tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of database concepts and data modeling.
  • Experience with test automation tools, such as Selenium or Appium.
